Registration Fee:
To help offset the costs of hosting this large-scale event, a $100 registration fee is required for all exhibitors. The exhibitor fee is not required at the time of registration and is due by October 1st. This fee helps support event logistics, materials, and student engagement activities. While the event is partially funded by federal grants, recent changes in funding for schools and government programs have made it necessary to implement this modest fee to ensure the continued success and impact of the event.
