Wheat Ridge Business District Façade Plus Program

The Wheat Ridge Business District is looking for commercial property owners and businesses willing to invest in their properties and make a dramatic change in the curb appeal of their business. The Wheat Ridge Business District has existing grant programs that match improvements in certain categories up to certain limits. The Façade Plus program is an effort to have a larger category to consider larger in scope projects that include substantial changes to the façade.
